NEW EMPLOYEE PAPERWORK
All new employees must file the below documentation so that they can be entered in the system and enrolled in payroll. All documents should be printed out, filled out by new employee, stapled together*, and turn in to finance office.
*Documents should be stapled in the same order as showcased above (W4, form I-9, and direct deposit agreement) followed by a copy of driver's license and social security card. Failure to turn in all the documentation will result in a delay of payroll.
