We would love to see your creativity and flair with a themed trunk and game for kids to play! Grab some friends, family, or even your LifeGroup and sign up to host!

• Please decorate your trunk in a fun, engaging way for guests of all ages. Please keep the littlest trunk-or-treaters in mind!
• Please do not decorate using violent content, simulated blood, or gore. No horror, dark, or evil themes.
• Themes to avoid: Haunted house, ghosts, witches, skeletons, items of sorcery, explicit content, or political affiliations. Remember this is a family-friendly event to help people find and follow Jesus!
• If you know your theme and activities when you register, please let us know when completing your form.

• Please arrive at Foundation Church no later than 2 p.m. and be ready to welcome trunk-or-treaters by 3 p.m. The event will last until 5 p.m.
• The event will be outdoors. Each registered trunk will receive an assigned space prior to the event. Your space will be approximately 1.5 parking spots in the south lot of the church.
• We will email you your assignment prior to the event and will have traffic coordinators to help guide you to your spot on the day of.
• Please turn your vehicle off for the duration of the event.
• Please make sure you have someone present at your trunk at all times.

• As part of your trunk, think of creative ways to distribute candy to guests.
• Foundation Church will be collecting candy for you to distribute at your trunk.
• A candy coordinator will come by regularly to ensure you have enough candy.
• We are a nut-free facility, so please ensure there are no nuts in the candy you will distribute. This includes peanut butter.
